Residential

At both of our care homes, we strive to create a warm, homely environment for our residents. Our team is dedicated to providing personalised care that meets the needs of each of our residents. Whether this involves assistance with personal tasks or meeting medical needs, our staff is available 24/7 to ensure that every resident feels safe and supported. In addition to top-notch care, we offer a variety of daily activities and entertainment options, fostering a sense of community among our residents and staff. From in-home fun to local outings, there's always something to look forward to.

Dementia

We provide compassionate care and support for many residents living with dementia across both of our homes. Our experienced care team receives ongoing dementia training, enabling them to provide person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.

We recognise that familiar surroundings and a calm environment can make a positive difference. The Atrium has been designed with peaceful colours and dementia-friendly décor to help residents feel comfortable and at ease, while both homes encourage meaningful activities and daily routines that support quality of life.

As a residential care home, we support people living with dementia whose needs can be safely met within our setting. While we are not a specialist unit or a secure locked facility, we work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals to provide the highest standard of care for each individual.

Respite

In addition to our standard care, we strive to provide respite care where available. At Treelands, respite care is available for both lone residents and couples. Whilst respite care may be temporary, we offer our respite residents the same advantages and quality care as those who are part of our residential care plan.
